Honestly,... that is quite a thought... anything I see that would fit that bill cost so much to build it is unreal. I have wheeled with all the ordinary/usual stuff as well as unimogs, range rovers, Pinzgauers and such but my finding is that parts are so expensive for the european stuff that it is just not feasable cost wise for most situations. This is why most run what we run. I would just say a trail buggy in general generic or otherwise. I will say this though,.. I have seen some nice air bag setups that are four way adjustable with rear steer that is way cool. That's just my opinion.....M

I think a full size narrowed , shortened, and chopped would be cheap Could use a Tbi motor, a doubler, leave frame open for wt and flex and use junkyard parts.

How about a nissan hard body. Those are rare to see on the trails and have a decent drivetrain.

I talked for a bit with this guy named steven. He is on a few boards as SteeevO. He wheels a Pathfinder with a SAS. Its pretty dam impressive. From the factory they have 3rd member axels with an over 10 incn ring gear. The axels are expensive but since they are stock they are junkyardable.
